Comprehensive Privacy Notice
Mxmisrt S.A.P.I. de C.V., Collective Funding Institution (hereinafter, Mxmisrt), with address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, Floor 17, Col. Juarez, Cuauhtemoc, 06600 Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its secondary provisions.
1. Personal data we process
We collect identification data (name, INE, CURP, RFC), contact data (email, phone, address), financial and asset data (CLABE, source of funds, investment capacity) and browsing data (IP address, cookies, device identifiers).
2. Primary purposes
We use your data to verify your identity in accordance with the General Provisions applicable to ITFs, prevent money laundering, execute loan agreements, process transactions, calculate tax withholdings and issue ISR certificates.
3. Secondary purposes
With your consent, we may use your data to send you newsletters, event invitations, market research and commercial campaigns. You can opt out at any time without affecting the main legal relationship.
4. Transfers
We may transfer your data to notaries public, credit bureaus, regulatory authorities (CNBV, CONDUSEF, UIF, SAT), external auditors and technology providers in the European Union and the United States, always under contractual data protection clauses.
5. ARCO rights
You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition, and revoke your consent, by writing to datos@mxmisrt.com or by free-form letter delivered to our address. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.
6. Changes to the notice
We will publish any substantial modification on this page at least 15 days in advance. We recommend that you consult this section periodically.
